Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal, so we gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. If you have any questions or issues regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Request a Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.


Step #1: Contact us within three (3) days of delivery.

Step #2: Return the item(s) in the original box and with the original packing materials within seven (7) days of delivery. Once we receive the items back, we will refund our customer the invoice charges minus any shipping charges.

Please keep in mind that BUYERS are responsible for the return shipping costs as well. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the BUYER is responsible for the loss in value.


If you see a product of equal or greater value on our website that you would rather have, we would absolutely give you the opportunity to exchange it. If the item has already been shipped, you would still need to follow the steps for “Returns” listed above. The BUYER would be responsible for any difference in price and shipping charges.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on “Special Orders” or “Personalized” purchases.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on “Fresh Wreaths” once they have been shipped.
